The Israeli Air Force bombarded, on Thursday evening, Palestinian farmlands in Sheikh Ejleen area, west of Gaza city; no injuries were reported.
Eyewitnesses told the Maan News Agency that the missiles landed and detonated at the farmlands, and that an Apache and an F16 jets were seen flying over the area after the bombardment.
Meanwhile, Israeli sources reported that the Iron Dome interception system managed to successfully intercept one out of four grad missiles fired from the Gaza Strip into the Western Negev; no damages or injuries were reported.
Furthermore, the Be’er As-Sabe' (Be'er Sheva) City Council decided to keep all schools closed on Friday as a precautionary measure.
