An ultra-orthodox Israeli rabbi has defended the killing of non-Jews, including infants, in his new book on ways to tackle 'threats' against Israel.

In a sequel to his earlier book The King's Torah, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira justifies the killing of non-Jews that “pose a threat to Israel,” while describing “practical” ways of dealing with the people in the Gaza Strip.

The King's Torah was first published in 2009.

Shapira was arrested last summer for encouraging Jews to kill non-Jews in his book. He was also suspected of involvement in a crude rocket attack directed at a Palestinian village in 2008.

In 2010, Shapira encouraged the use of Palestinians as human shields by army soldiers, even when the victim happened to be a civilian.

"Anything you do to keep the war tough is permissible and obligatory according to the Torah," Shapira proclaimed.

The extreme rabbinic rulings have offered the Israeli military a free hand to attack civilian population.

These beliefs should come as no surprise to anyone, after sixty three years of ethnic cleansing in Palestine, thousands of children have been slaughtered. Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira is simply telling us what most Zionist have always believed.

Israeli terrorists Attack Irish Boat

On Monday the ships 3 crew members along with Clr Gerry MacLochlainn, Charlie McMenamin (both from Derry) with John Mallon and Phil McCullough (both from Belfast) set sail on the MV Saoirse for re-fueling.

On the way back Pat Fitzgerald ship’s engineer noticed that something was very wrong with the boat. Upon returning to the dock the first inspections began, it was then we realized that sabotage had been done to Ireland’s boat.

Pat and the crew then hired experts to dive down and inspect the damage closer, upon their return to land it was noted that the boat has very serious damage done and that a piece was missing from one of the propeller shafts. The boat was then removed from the water and inspected on dry land (videos below) where the deep cuts inflicted onto the propeller shaft could be clearly seen and photos taken for evidence, the shaft was also very bent. These things together create a very dangerous life threatening situation for those who had just been sailing on the ship. The sabotage was intended to endanger and/or inflict injury or death on Irish citizens as the went abou their lawful right to sail on the high seas.

Clearly the terrorist divers had come up under the boat and intentionally cut out pieces of the propeller shaft, thus weakening it so that it would shear off and sink the boat or kill people onboard. As the boat’s engine placed stress on the shaft it would have given way and the propeller would have come up through the bottom of the boat, causing flooding in the engine room and the boat to sink. Moreover, any Irish passengers standing nearby when the propeller came through the deck could have been killed immediately, or seriously injured.

The passengers from Derry and Belfast who were onboard the ship traveling to the re-fueling point were a bit un-nerved when told the possibilities of what could have happened on that short journey they had just returned from.

The terrorists have now struck twice, in two different countries! This same type of sabotage was done to another vessel in Greece only days ago. We have the videos below of both the ship in Greece and the Irish Ship which was located in Turkey. Followed by a short video of Pat Fitzgerald the ship’s engineer after inspecting some of the damage.

This was a vicious attack on Irish property by terrorists against a boat flying the Irish flag. The ship is so damaged it will now be unable to take part in the Flotilla. However arrangements are being made to find seats on other ships for as many Irish passengers as possible including members of Derry Friends of Palestine. Freedom Flotilla Ready to Sail Despite Threats and Sabotage

ATHENS, Jun 29, 2011 (IPS) - As the 10 ships of the Freedom Flotilla II - Stay Human make their final preparations to set sail for the Gaza Strip, purported acts of sabotage have been added to threats from Israel.

The flotilla, which will attempt to break through Israel's blockade of Gaza for the second year in a row, includes two cargo vessels carrying more than 5,000 tons of humanitarian aid, such as construction materials and medical and educational supplies.

One of the two participating French boats, the Dignity/Karama, is already in international waters, having set out from a port in Corsica on Jun. 25 to meet up with the rest of the convoy.

After the international coalition that is organising the flotilla gave a news briefing Monday Jun. 27 in Athens to journalists from around the world to announce its plans to depart on Thursday or Friday, the passenger boat Juliano belonging to the Ship to Gaza movement was sabotaged in the southeast Greek port of Piraeus.

Divers cut the propeller shaft and destroyed the prop house, Ship to Gaza said, adding that its own divers had documented the sabotage on camera and that an initial inspection had been carried out with a view to repairing the damage before the planned departure date. "It's one thing for a foreign power to press the Greek government to delay our voyage with red tape. It is quite another thing for enemy agents to operate on Greek territory," said Ship to Gaza Sweden spokesman Mattias Gardell.

"It is high time for the international community to put their foot down and say: Enough!" he said in a statement issued by the group.

The Juliano, which is jointly owned by the Ship to Gaza organisations in Sweden, Norway and Greece, is named after Israeli actor and director Juliano Meir Khamis of the Freedom Theatre in Jenin, who was murdered Apr. 4 in that West Bank city.

Israel started tightening its stranglehold on the Gaza Strip after the radical Hamas won the January 2006 Palestinian elections, and imposed a full blockade in subsequent years, especially after the Operation Cast Lead military offensive launched in late 2008.

Israel argues the blockade is necessary for security reasons, while human rights groups counter that the siege amounts to collective punishment of Gaza's 1.5 million mostly civilian residents and that it is illegal under international law.

The Free Gaza Movement, which is organising the second flotilla, said Monday that Israel's threats will not stand in the way of the humanitarian convoy.

"We will not be frightened by Israel, and we are going to continue. Our friends from all around the world are with us, and we are all going to Gaza," said one of the flotilla organisers, Dror Feiler, an Israeli-born activist and musician from Sweden.

Greece is under pressure from Israel to keep the boats from setting sail, at a time of great vulnerability for the southern European country due to the spiralling economic and political crisis.

Vangelis Pissias, an organiser with the Greek delegation, urged the Greek government in a statement not to "become complicit in Israel's illegal actions by succumbing to this pressure."

"Israel’s best efforts to stop our boats at port, including pressure on governments, threats against insurance and communications companies, intimidation of human rights defenders, frivolous lawsuits and other underhanded tactics, have thus far failed," the Free Gaza Movement said in a communiqué.

On Monday, the Israeli security cabinet ordered the navy to stop the flotilla from reaching the Gaza Strip. However, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said in a statement that forces would be ordered to do so "with minimal confrontation, as far as possible, with those on board the ships."

Israeli public radio reported that the government had reached an agreement with Egypt to allow the flotilla to unload its cargo of humanitarian aid at the port of El Arish, to later be taken by land to Gaza after undergoing security checks.

Senior Israeli officials claim to have received information that there are "extremists" participating in the flotilla who intend to "shed the blood of IDF (Israel Defence Forces) soldiers" using chemical substances, when Israeli troops attempt to board the ships.

They also say that despite earlier reports, the ships will be carrying members of the Turkish Humanitarian Aid Foundation (IHH), which organised last year's flotilla, and members of Hamas – both of which Israel considers terrorist organisations.

The Israeli government's statements came the day after Foreign Ministry officials informed the cabinet that there was no information about members of "terrorist groups" planning to take part in the flotilla.

Israel used similar arguments before and after the May 31, 2010 assault launched by IDF commandos on the Mavi Marmara, the first freedom flotilla's flagship, in international waters as it headed towards Gaza. Nine Turkish activists were killed in the military operation, and over 50 of the civilians on board were injured.

A representative of the relatives of the victims killed on the Mavi Marmara, which this year pulled out of the flotilla for "technical reasons," will travel in the Spanish boat Gernika along with 45 Spanish activists, political representatives and journalists.

"Gernika will carry the spirit of our murdered companions," Manual Tapial, coordinator of the Rumbo a Gaza initiative in Spain, told IPS. "It's a show of solidarity with those who aren't able to travel this year."

Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Trinidad Jiménez urged the Israeli authorities to act with "prudence and restraint" towards the second flotilla.

The flotilla will carry 50 journalists from around the world – including this reporter – who were warned Sunday by Israel that they would face a 10-year ban on re-entering that country, although later the government backtracked on the threat.

The countries where participating activists are from include Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

A boat carrying participants from several Arab nations may also join from Jordan in the next few days.

Some 500 activists and civil society personalities are ready to sail. But there are worries that the Israeli forces will assault the boats using tear gas, water cannons, taser guns, stink and sound bombs and attack dogs. (END)

Gaza children send messages to Sderot on kites

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Children in Gaza released kites on Tuesday carrying messages to residents of Sderot across the border in Israel.

The kites carried messages urging Israel to end its siege of Gaza.

Fourteen-year-old Einas Naim told Ma'an she hoped residents of Sderot would understand the messages.

"I came to send messages to the residents of the neighboring Israeli towns telling them Palestinian children have the right to live in safety like others.

"We hope we can live safely and freely because it is our right to enjoy life free of missiles, bombardment and destruction.

"We fear to go to school in the morning because when we wake up we hear noise of tank shells and missiles fired by Israel forces whenever they want," she said.

Messages written on the kites included "I have the right to live," "No to the siege," and "No to the wall."

Einas asked: "Why when one bullet is shot at Sderot, the whole world rises on its feet, and we are sued internationally, and war might be waged against us, but when our schools are bombarded and children are killed nobody makes a single move?"

Nine-year-old Muhammad wrote "Gaza is love" on a kite made of a Palestinian flag.

"My message to the Israeli residents is that our country has suffered enough destruction," he said.

Coordinator of the initiative Sabir Zaanin said the kites released Sderot were in response to the messages Israeli children wrote on artillery shells which killed dozens of children.

Sderot was originally built on land belonging to Beit Hanoun, a town in northern Gaza, Zaanin said.

"Not many children in Gaza know the details of the conflict with Israel, but they know quite well that they are killed by shells coming from the east, and all they hope is to live quietly without occupation."

Ex-US politician joins Gaza aid convoy

The Audacity of Hope is a part of the Freedom Flotilla II,

seeking to break the Israeli naval siege.

A former US political figure will join a Gaza-bound vessel although the State Department has criticized his act.

Samuel Hart, a former US ambassador to Ecuador, is one of the passengers of The Audacity of Hope, the American-flagged ship that is a part of the Freedom Flotilla II, which will depart Greece for the besieged Gaza Strip on Tuesday.

The US State Department warned Americans that the Gaza coast is “dangerous and volatile,” Israel National News reported on Monday.

Hart, who is joining the Free Palestine Movement, said the Israeli blockade “limits food to a little bit better than starvation levels.”

The Israeli Navy has announced that it would confront the Freedom Flotilla II convoy, which will comprise 15 ships, 22 organizations and around 1,500 activists.

In an essay explaining his participation, Hart wrote, “What did the residents of Gaza do to deserve such punishment? The honest answer is that they voted in a fair election in 2006 for Hamas, a political party which also engages in armed resistance to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory.”

The former US politician says he has always felt that Israel has been “a little bit of a burr in the saddle of US foreign policy.”

On Monday, the international coalition organizing the Freedom Flotilla II held a press conference in Athens with representatives from all of the boats. The US was represented by Ann Wright, a former State Department official, and Alice Walker, an African-American author.

After the press conference, a street demonstration was held in support of the humanitarian move.

Some 1.5 million people in Gaza are being denied their basic rights, including the freedom of movement and the right to appropriate living conditions, work, health and education.

Anti-Flotilla video fraud linked to PM Netanyahu’s office, official Israeli hasbara agents

What is Netanyahu aide Guy Seemann's role in the anti-flotilla pinkwashing hoax?

As the new Free Gaza flotilla prepares to sail to Gaza, a suspicious video has emerged by an unknown “gay rights activist” claiming that he was rejected by the flotilla activists because of his sexuality. The anonymous activist, who had no previous online history, produced no evidence to support his claim. Within minutes, Benjamin Doherty — the man who helped expose our friend Tom MacMaster — was able to cast serious doubt on the video’s authenticity. It appeared pretty clear that the video was a pinkwashing hoax.

Since then, Doherty and I have gathered evidence suggesting that the video has links to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, or is at least being promoted through an official government hasbara operation.

The video was promoted early on — if not initially — by someone named Neil Lazarus, who shared it on Facebook (see screenshots here and here). I happened to have met Neil Lazarus during my Taglit/Birthright Israel trip in 2001. Lazarus was brought before my group to present the Israeli government’s hasbara and to demonize the Palestinian Authority. He was as slick as any good used car salesman. Since then, Lazarus has become a major figure in the world of hasbara. From Neil’s bio:

Earlier today, the Israeli Government Press Office promoted the apparent hoax video on Twitter. In the tweet, @GPOIsrael cited @guyseemann. I headed over to Guy Seemann’s twitter feed and found that he had only tweeted one item in his entire history: the pinkwashing anti-flotilla hoax. In fact, Seemann only joined Twitter on June 15, 2011. Then I took a look at Guy Seemann’s bio:

Guy Seemann studied government, international policy, philosophy and physics at American University in Washington, DC. Before moving to Israel, Guy worked for United States Senator Robert Menendez, and then as a special projects coordinator in the North Eastern campaign for then-presidential candidate Barack Obama.

Since the campaign and moving to Israel, Guy was awarded a fellowship to work with international journalists and diplomats at the Prime Minister’s Office, served as the international director for Lev Echad, and volunteered for the IDF. Guy will soon begin a new job at the Prime Minister’s National Security Council working on Iranian, US and UN policy.

Why would the Israeli GPO have tweeted at Guy Seemann, a Netanyahu aide who seems to have created a Twitter account for the sole purpose of promoting the pinkwashing hoax? And what was Seemann’s role in the video’s creation? How did Lazarus know about the video before it had garnered any media interest — and only a small handful of hits? These questions remain unanswered. However, the video’s promotion by an exclusive cadre of official Israeli hasbara entities and figures suggest the hoax was part of a desperate government operation designed to discredit the Free Gaza flotilla. I will be updating here as I learn more.

Greece: Israeli assault on the Flotilla is well underway

ATHENS: Israeli diplomatic and economic pressure is looming large over preparations of the second Gaza aid flotilla, set to sail from a number Greek ports at the end of the month. Israel has clearly stated that it will use every diplomatic and military avenue to maintain its naval blockade of the Gaza Strip. 

The events of the past few days in Athens confirm that Israel is making good on its claim. Learning from last year’s botched military operation against the flotilla– which left eight Turkish civilians and one Turkish-American civilian dead– Israel is seemingly applying pressure directly on the Greek government to stop the flotilla boats from setting sail.

Early this morning, I discovered that a ‘private compliant’ had been filed against the US boat to Gaza. The compliant, it is still unclear who filed it, stated that the US boat to Gaza is not ’sea worthy’ and requires a detailed inspection.The harbor master where the boat is in port has declared that until the compliant is resolved the boat is not permitted to leave.

Currently, lawyers representing the US boat are looking into the origins of the compliant and weather it was filed as a result of Israeli economic or diplomatic pressure on the Greek government. The boat is US flagged and registered in the United States.

The government of Greece has been on the edge of collapse due to expected European Union austerity measures which are overwhelmingly unpopular among the majority of the population. Demonstrations and riots have been rocking Athens for the past two weeks. Greek officials have confirmed that Israel and Greece have met in recent days to discuss various issues including the flotilla.

Given the fact that the Greek government is fighting for its political survival, it is unlikely that Greece would bend to Israeli diplomatic pressure. However, it is more probable that Greece would bend to direct Israeli economic pressure. Israel and Greece have a strong economic relationship which includes a joint gas pipeline project in the Eastern Mediterranean.

If substantiated, rumors that Israel is threatening the Israeli-Greek trade relationship could have profound effects on the economy of Greece which, in turn, would make implementing upcoming austerity measure much more difficult. Right now, these sentiments are merely rumors and the Greek government is maintaining silence on economic relations with Israel in connection with the Flotilla. What is clear is that Flotilla ships are being targeted in Greek ports and might not sail.

10 ships are expected to sail as part of the Gaza aid flotilla. Currently three ships, including the US boat, have had complaints levied against them.  US boat organizers believe that Greece will attempt to delay the ships indefinitely by using a serious of bureaucratic measures such as endless safety checks and cargo inspections. Despite the setbacks, organizers are continuing with their nonviolence and safety training. They are hopeful that the Greek government will allow the ships to sail next week as initially planned.

Hillary Clinton Gives Green Light For Israeli Attack On Gaza Flotilla

In comments yesterday, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton seemed to lay the ground – indeed almost provide a green light – for an Israeli military attack on the upcoming Gaza Freedom Flotilla, which will include the US Boat to Gaza.


Among the passengers aboard the American boat will be 87-year old Kindertransport survivor Hedy Epstein, and author and poet Alice Walker. In all it is expected that about 10 ships, carrying 1000 people from over 20 countries will take part.

Here’s what Clinton said in remarks at the State Department on 23 June:

Well, we do not believe that the flotilla is a necessary or useful effort to try to assist the people of Gaza. Just this week, the Israeli Government approved a significant commitment to housing in Gaza. There will be construction materials entering Gaza and we think that it’s not helpful for there to be flotillas that try to provoke actions by entering into Israeli waters and creating a situation in which the Israelis have the right to defend themselves.

Clinton must know that Gaza is not part of what any country recognizes as “sovereign” Israeli territory, and therefore neither are Gaza’s territorial waters. Any boats entering Gaza’s waters would not in fact be entering “Israeli waters” as Clinton claimed. Clinton also, presuming she is properly briefed rather than misled, must also know that last year Israel attacked the Gaza Freedom Flotilla when it was in international waters and GPS data showed that it was actually heading away from Israel.

By invoking Israel’s supposed “right to self-defense” against civilian boats trying to reach Gaza, we must understand that Clinton is telling Israel the United States will not stand in the way of another military attack.

And by citing Israel allowing construction materials into Gaza to make the case that the flotilla is “unnecessary” because “aid” can reach the Palestinian people in Gaza, Clinton is engaging in the ultimate obfuscation.

People in Gaza have been reduced to penury and rendered dependent on aid by decades of Israeli occupation, siege and military attacks. The issue is not the delivery of aid but freeing the people by lifting the siege. It is an abhorrent position to suggest – as Clinton seems to – that if people in Gaza receive enough calories or a few building supplies then we should not be concerned about Israel’s siege. The Palestinian people of Gaza are not caged animals for whom sufficient care consists of shoving rations through the bars of their prison.

Israel’s siege is intended as a form of collective punishment and has been declared illegal by the ICRC.

Israel, as The Electronic Intifada reported, is engaging in military drills to intercept this unarmed civilian flotilla. In light of Clinton’s statements, if any blood is spilled it will not only be on Israeli, but also American hands.

Prosecuting Flotilla Passengers Under “Material Support” Laws

Not content with tacitly encouraging Israeli violence, in another alarming development, the State Department has apparently threatened that Americans who board boats to Gaza could be jailed or fined for supporting terrorism. Haaretz reports:

The U.S. State Department said Friday that attempts to break the blockade are “irresponsible and provocative” and that Israel has well-established means of delivering assistance to the Palestinian residents of Gaza. It noted that the territory is run by the militant Hamas group, a U.S. designated foreign terrorist organization, and that Americans providing support to it are subject to fines and jail.

In effect, the US now seems to be defining any support for any Palestinians, including a besieged civilian population, as support for Hamas, and therefore support for “terrorism.”

This mirrors its use of such “material support” laws as a pretext to investigate and persecute Palestine solidarity, antiwar, and labor activists exercising their First Amendment rights at home.

This is the headline of an article posted on the News section of the United Nations on 16 June 2011:  The United Nations-backed Summer Games for children have begun in the Gaza Strip in an annual attempt by its organizers to “Give the kids of Gaza a chance to be kids”

The Nations have United sunk below any level of humanity and display an utterly magnum opus of ignorance for the real suffering. Creating this annual event while stating children will be “allowed” for a while to be a kid.  That is when they are not kidnapped, arrested or bombed at night.

UN, which was founded to achieve it’s missions to ensure peacekeeping, intermediate in conflicts, achieve human rights and possibilities to effectuate them as well,  fight against drugs, crimes, environmental disasters, hence the list seems to be endless but for whom is interested in the exhausting “efforts” of UN a complete list of missions can be found here.

Let’s see what the UN/UNRWA has done for Palestine and lets begin where it started 63 years ago.

For 800.000 of 1,7 million inhabitants of world’s largest open air prison called Gaza is dependent on relief and food supplied by organizations like UNRWA. For it is almost impossible for Palestinians (as well in Gaza as in West Bank) to do some agriculture themselves, hence, when it is not bulldozed or burned when they do so. Let’s take the shortest turn, forget all details for it is still the same story as 63 years ago and only about Ethnic Cleansing.

This ethnic cleansing foresees not only in massacres, exile, evictions, home demolitions or in immediate targeting of Palestinians  but while the world is wide asleep in ignorance a slow and silent genocide is going on to starve them. Israel does not want you to know this but let’s talk about this “aid” of UN in supplying “basic needs”


The Sacks


For over 63 years now, the “United Nations” support not only the Palestinians with the sacks of food, also the strong Palestinian men keep dragging them to what is left of their homes but mainly, UN for-fills the shahawaat (desire) of the “State of Israel” to sustain this situation.

For the status of refugee as well as relief are supposed to be temporary. Not 63 years. In stead of endorsing the law, regulations, higher International Law and Human Rights, they keep avoiding this issue and not bring in the rights and liberties, but more sacks. Nicer sacks. 63 years of sacks.

But don’t let them fool you!  The “State of Israel”  even tried  to file an appeals to Supreme Court to prevent exposure of document containing minimal calorie requirements for residents of the Gaza Strip.  So we can conclude there is no discussion about the fact some sick people even calculate what is necessary to make one succomb of hunger. So let’s get into the sacks:

To take care the Palestinians in Gaza don’t get proteins out of the sea, Israel even violated the Gaza-Jericho Agreement of 1994, the Bertini Agreement of 2002 but solely is responsible for rewriting every law by reducing the whole Maritime Laws about territorial waters into a severe brutal seablockade to a 3 mile zone at Gaza shore.  Don’t start thinking fisherman get their sardine out there for IOA takes care numerous naval vessels are present all the time to shoot, attack, sink fishingboats and abduct the seamen as well.

Agriculture in the Gaza strip is a very dangerous occupation. Many have been shot down by snipers while working on their lands or especially near the no-go zone the lands are bulldozed out of “security reasons”.

In the West Bank, lands are confiscated and even crops, olive trees and exploit these. When not able to exploit then demolishing it, or savage settlers throw their waste water over the lands so it is unable to use or harvest.

Of course the “State of Israel” has more cards in Pandora’s Box, for when they are not able to achieve this goal other Zionist tactics are numerous in zion’s tactic-box: Starve Them; then Shoot Them; then Give Them Cancer

Denial of basic needs apparently is not enough.


The Ongoing Massacres, Public,  silenced or ignored by the world


As stated before it is about ethnic cleansing, for the main and real goal of the “State of Israel” is never to achieve peace but to create a “Lebensraum” for Zion: The Greater Israel. It is not like the Nakba ever ended. It goes on even today. No need to get deeply into this issue for the list of Israeli Massacres on Palestinians is self-explaining.

The remaining Palestinians, which not die of massacres or hunger are exposed to daily humiliation, atrocities, violence and apartheid in a way Zionism exceeds even the limits of horrendous behavior of Nazis. They became exactly and even worse as those they feared once themselves.

But there are some agreements and when ever the “State of Israel” is obeying one, it will make you believe it is taking care of the Palestinians very well, as stated in the obligations of the Occupier in International Law, the Geneva Convention or in the Hague Regulations for armed conflicts etc etc etc. which state the occupier has to take care of the inhabitants of the occupied territories and this means in every basic need. This is not happening in reality though.

When (!) the border is open or not on Jewish holidays, not when the wind comes from the west or the spoiled kid “Israel” does not get what it wants for it is always the Palestinians who need to suffer. No particular reason needed to deny basic rights or liberties. Not even when Palestinians have done nothing at all, illegal colonists cure their frustration our on Palestine mainly called “Price Tag attacks” or any other method is applied to achieve the higher goal of exhausting, expelling and finally exterminating Palestinians. First from their home, than their lands until they have only a mattress to carry around…that is if they are lucky that is what is left to them.


The Mattrass




For 63 years now, Palestinians are dragging around their belongings like these children on the picture. When their homes do not get bombed , they are demolished or not able to be evicted by illegal verdicts of self proclaimed “State of Israel”‘ s racist laws, some settlers come over and take over houses just like that. To achieve a free home in Palestine, to accommodate an art gallery in an ethnically cleansed East Jerusalem home or just to build and expand illegal settlements.

Settlements are a severe violation of International Law which prohibits the occupier to transfer its own people into occupied territories. But the “State of Israel” does not recognize no laws, only violates them, and has a huge record of UN resolutions against it.

But again the world is in silence. And no United Nations nor UN tax supporting  mankind is troubled about this. They pay tax, remain funding these atrocities as well and in the night they  turn relaxed on their matrass while the Palestinians keep dragging theirs around.

Denial to Human Rights

Medical Treatment

Besides the above, the “State of Israel”  denies Palestinians who endure all of this and get tired, homeless or sick at last, even the most basic Human Right : Medical treatment and the right to integrity of the body and soul. In a report of B’Tselem, an Israeli Human Rights organization is describes how many Palestinian deaths have followed after infringement of right to medical treatment  2000 -2011| Btselem

Electricity, gas, all is limited.  Those shortage not only are relevant for turning on a lamp, but also to sustain the treatment of patients who for example are dependent of dialysis, breathing apparatuses, incubators for babies and so on. A slow motion genocide which only in Gaza cost over 600 people’s lives in just 5 years since it is under Siege.


Violations, Abuse and Torture

Palestine, one big prison itself  seems not enough for the “State of Israel” violating another law: Article 76 of the Fourth Geneva Convention which states that an occupying power must detain residents of occupied territory in prisons inside the territory.

Gaza an open air prison, the whole of  Palestine under occupation and restrictions but even in prison rights are violated :  8500 Palestinian Political Prisoners abused, denied medical care, tortured in Israeli prisons of which almost 300 children.


Besides this the racist permit policies of IOA prohibit often visits to detainees. Most of them by the way administrative detainees which is a violation of law as well. IOA knows many prisons filled with people who’s story are all the same: arbitrary arrests, no accusations, the protection of Political immunity for parliamentarians is a no go area for IOA, hence, it just needs no reason at all top arrest, detain and violate. Beyond every imagination for example the arrest of a Mentally handicapped 4 year old child  by IOF  on Mar 29, 2011

Palestine is not waiting for sacks of food or so called relief which only is sustaining the occupation.

Palestine is not waiting for comdemnations of zionist behaviour and acts, with only slamming but never acting.

Palestine is waiting for the United Nations and Humanity to bring what is deserves justice, integrity and security and a home which remains a home, for Palestinians and the children….

This is what Palestine is waiting for:

UDHR Art 3: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.”

UDHR Art 5:”No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

UDHR Art 9: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile”

UDHR Art 13:1:”Everyone has the right 2 freedom of movement & residence within the borders of each state”

UDHR Art 13:2: “Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country”

UDHR 15:1: Everyone has the right to a nationality.

UDHR 16(3): “The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.”

UDHR 17:(2): “No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.”

UDHR 20(1): Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association

UDHR 20(2): “No one may be compelled to belong to an association.”


How many more dead corpses of Palestinians does the international community need to see in order to act? How many more cruelties and violations of Human Rights, Regulations and International Law will be needed to intervene so this ongoing warcrime is being stopped once and for all. Gilad Atzmon: Israeli Economy For Beginners

We learn from the press and  political analysts that, against all odds and in spite of the global financial turmoil,  Israel’s economy is booming. Some even suggest that Israel is one of  the strongest economies around.


‘How come?’ you may ask; besides maybe avocado, oranges, and some Dead Sea beauty products, none of us has actually ever seen an Israeli product on the shelves. They don’t make cars; nor do they make electric or electronic appliances, and they hardly manufacture any consumer goods. Israel claims to be advanced in high-tech technologies but somehow, the only Israeli advanced software ever to settle within our computers have been their Sabra Trojan Horses.  In the land they grabbed by force from the indigenous Palestinians, they are yet to find any lucrative minerals or oil.

So what is it? How is it that Israel is impervious to the global financial disaster? How can Israel be so rich?

Israel may be rich because, according to the Guardian, “out  of the seven oligarchs who controlled 50% of Russia’s economy during the 1990s, six were Jewish.” During the last two decades, many Russian  oligarchs  have acquired  Israeli citizenship. They also secured their dirty money by investing in the kosher financial haven; Wiki-leaks has revealed lately that “sources in the (Israeli) police estimate that Russian organized crime (Russian Mafia) has laundered as much as US $10 billion through Israeli holdings."[1]

Israel's economy is booming because mega swindlers such as Bernie Madoff  have been channeling their money via Zionists and Israeli institutions for decades.[2]

Israel is ‘doing well’ because it is the leading trader in blood  diamonds. Far from being surprising, Israel is also the fourth biggest weapon dealer on this planet. Clearly, blood diamonds and guns are proving to be a great match.

As if this is not enough, Israel is also prosperous because, every so often, it is caught engaged in organ trafficking and organ  harvesting.

In short, Israel is doing better than other countries because it runs one of the dirtiest- non -ethical economies in the world. In spite of the Zionists' initial promise to bring about a civilized ethical Jew, Israel has, instead, managed to develop an outstanding level of institutional  dismissal of international law and  universal values. It operates as a safe haven for money made in some horrendous global criminal activities. And it employs one of the world’s strongest army to defend the wealth of just a few of the wealthiest Jews around.

Increasingly, Israel seems to be nothing more than a humongous  money laundering haven for Jewish oligarchs, swindlers, weapons dealers, organ traffickers, organized crime and blood diamond traders.

Such a realization can  certainly explain why Israel is totally impervious to social equality within its borders.

Poor Israelis

Since Israel defines itself as the Jewish state, one may expect the Jewish people to be the first to benefit from their country’s booming economy. This seems to be not at all the case. In spite of the economy's strength, Israel’s record on social justice is appalling. In the Jewish state 18 families control 60% of the equity value of all companies in the land. The Jewish State is shockingly cruel to its poor. As far as the gap between rich and poor is concerned, Israel is listed right at the top of the scale.

The meaning of all of that is pretty devastating; though Israel operates as an ethno-centric  racially orientated, tribal setting, it is proving to be totally careless of the members of its own tribe -- In fact, in the Jewish state, a few million Jews are serving the darkest possible interests, the fruits of which, are to be enjoyed by just a very few rich  villains.

Smoke Screen

But there is a deeper and far more devastating meaning implicit within it all.  If my reading of the Israeli economy is correct, and Israel is indeed a monstrous cash haven for the dirtiest money around,  then the Israeli Palestinian conflict is , at least, from the Israeli-elite's perspective,  nothing but a smoke screen.


I hope that my readers and friends will forgive me for saying it --  I hope that I will  forgive myself for saying it -- But it seems to me that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and Israel's horrendous crimes against the Palestinian people, actually serves to divert attention away from Israel's complicity in some colossal and global crimes against vast populations around the world.  Instead of addressing the above relentless greed-driven attempt to grab wealth on the expense of the rest of humanity, we are all focusing on a single territorial conflict, that actually brings to light just one devastating criminal side of the Jewish national project.

It is more than likely that the vast majority of Israelis also fail to detect the deceitful role of the Israeli Palestinian conflict. The Israelis are indoctrinated to look at every possible issue from a national security perspective. They have failed to realize that along the intensive militarization of their society, their Jewish state has become a money laundering haven and a refuge for villains from all over the world.

But here is some bad news for Israel and its corrupted elite.  It is just a question of time before the Russians, Americans, Africans, Europeans, all of humanity, begin to grasp it all -- We are all Palestinians and we all share one enemy.

I would even take it further, and argue that it is possible that, not before too long -- some  deprived Jews and Israelis will also begin to realise how deceptive and  sinister  Israel and Zionism truly are.
